Hair care is really important!
Even though the best hair without good care, it comes the result of badly tangling and shedding.
 
Q: Why is the hair getting tangled? (Washing hair)
A: It could be caused by dry hair. Please make sure using warm water to wash & using dry towel to dry the hair, condition your hair at least once a week, twice a week is better. Hardly using dryer would be better. Don't brush the hair when it's wet. Straight and body wave hair could be brushed from time to time from the end to the root, from part to part. However, if other wavy or curly hair, please don't brush it, just let your finger to go through the hair and spray some olive oil or water to keep the hair moist and nice hair texture. 
 
Q: Why the colors of hair don`t seem exactly as the pictures show or descriptions say?
A: Different monitor have different displays. The same color number may have a little color difference. You could dye the hair if you need different colour.
 
Q: Can I dye or color the hair ?  
A. Yes. The hair can be dyed. As a general rule it is easier to darken the hair than to lighten the hair. We recommend to dye darker, since it is difficult for the original color to fade. Also, both our natural color and color #613 hair are raw hair, they different from the processed hair, so the coloring effect would be different from different people. 
Improper dying will ruin the hair. We highly recommend having your hairdresser dye the hair. Coloring by yourself will take a risk of not coming out the shade you want. If you can't get to a salon, please always use a good quality products and test a small sample first.
 
Q: Can the hair be straightened, curled ?
A: Yes you could use hair straightener or hair curler to style the hair . However, don't do it too frequently. Or, it will make the hair easily dry and tangled.
